“My goal is to help you become that person you already envision yourself to be.”
Taalya Areli, LMFT, Ph.D. is uniquely set up to draw upon the knowledge of both traditional psychotherapy, and holistic approaches to healing that transform blocks and allows you to flow more easily into your authentic life. She believes in a holistic approach that acknowledges all aspects of human experience. She also believes that we are all much more than a diagnosis or set of symptoms.
She began her education in Sociology and decided that she wants to dedicate her life to helping people heal. She received her education in Clinical Psychology. But her love of creativity and spirituality compelled her to find a way to combine her interests. This led to her in pursuit of a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology which enabled her to combine traditional psychology, expressive arts, and spirituality, and consciousness studies. Later, she added energy psychology modalities such as Emotional Freedom Technique, asd well as hypnosis, and other areas of interest to her toolbox.
In her free time, you will find Taalya walking her two beloved pups, meditating, appreciating nature, spending time with friends, or communicating with family and friends in Israel, where she is originally from. She is always learning and improving her knowledge and skills.
